Q: What are the system requirements to run LeeLogic applications?

A: Since this is a web based application, if you can read this text you meet the requirements! If you are going to use Internet Explorer, be sure to use the latest version offered. The other popular browsers like Safari and Firefox work fine on all versions.   

 

Q: Where is the data stored? Is it secure?

A: Lee Logic, Inc. has partnered with Rackspace, Inc. - one of the nations leading providers in managed server hosting in the world. You can take a look at the actual facility here.  

 

Q: How does the billing work?

A: Lee Logic, Inc. billing is simple. We only bill you for the number of concurrent licenses you subscribe to on a daily basis. We allow you to change your concurrent license count 1 time per day and you are billed for the number of concurrent licenses you have on file with us per day at the end of the Billing Period.

Example: A company needs 4 concurrent licenses from day 1 to12th of the billing period, 3 licenses from 13th day to 21st day of billing period and 6 licenses from 22nd day to 30th day of billing period.

(4 licenses * 0.83/per day * for 12 days = $39.99) + (3 licenses * 0.83 per day for * 8 days = $19.92) + (6 licenses * 0.80 per day for * 10 days = $48.00) = $107.91 for that 30 day billing period.

Without any changes in the number of licenses during the billing period, the company will be billed the following:

4 licenses for 30 days = $100 OR 6 licenses for 30 days = $144

Q: Is my data backed up?

A: Yes! - All data is backed up 4 times per day and stored in multiple locations geographically. In the event you need data restored just contact support and we can assist.
