StuffLogic's hierarchy of information is based on how organized people file, categorize and retrieve their information.
It organizes hard copy files, electronic files, media files, hyperlinks, scanned documents, research, ideas, books, CDs, DVDs, magazines, hobbies, attics/basements, libraries, boxes of information … anything you want to put away now and find later.
E-Mail reminders and / or Phone Text alerts are sent based on type of action required and date due. E-mail and Text template manager uses WYSIWYG Editor. And it doesn′t matter which email program you use.
Do you have multiple houses or storage locations? Every person, no matter how many addresses or storage locations, can use this application with its secure viewing and editing protocol.
If you are currently using other filing solutions but are not satisfied, it will import existing data from Excel.
StuffLogic™ is designed designed to create a standardized filing system whether you want a Numeric or Alphabetic system. You choose how to file your stuff.
Your information can be located, viewed, added and changed, while out of the house, in carpool or on the go! "Work" while waiting so you can relax at home!
StuffLogic™ does not force you to scan and / or upload files in order to have direct access to them. You can decide to upload some of your documents or electronic files and not others, while still allowing click-through to the electronic file on your computer or web-based file.. It is not all-or-nothing proposition.
When searching, the system will highlight keyword(s) for easier identification. The user can save the search for one-click access later.
